CSE leads with an average package of \u20b98.5 LPA, while ECE’s top offer hit \u20b912 LPA at a semiconductor giant. Notably, 60% of placed students were women from rural backgrounds, reflecting our outreach efforts. The placement cell conducted 120+ mock interviews to achieve these results.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Phase 1 (Year 2): Technical bootcamps with LeetCode practice and domain-specific quizzes. Phase 2 (Year 3): HR simulations using VR setups to practice body language and stress interviews. Phase 3 (Final Year): 1:1 mentor matching with industry professionals. Last year, 70 students earned certifications from AWS and Cisco through these programs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Next semester brings 15+ recruiters including TechMahindra (hiring for their Cybersecurity division) and a Japanese robotics firm seeking multilingual candidates. Preparation workshops begin August 15th, covering company-specific technical rounds and cultural training for international roles.
